		The American Institute of Baking conducts an annual food safety survey at Milne Fruit Products; facilities.Based on the observations made, the information obtained and the criteria set forth in the A.I.B. Consolidated Standards for Food Safety, the overall food safety level of the Milne Fruit Products facility was found to have fulfilled the requirements of the Department of Food Safety/Hygiene earning them the A.I.B.'s Highest Rating of SUPERIOR. This marks the ninth consecutive year that Milne Fruit Products has acheived the A.I.B.'s SUPERIOR rating, since their initial quality/safety audit in 1997. 		The Washington State Department of Agriculture's Organic Program has annually certified Milne Fruit Products as an approved processors of certified organic agricultural items into certified finished organic food ingredients.
