Milne Fruit Products Careers Milne Fruit Products is seeking an experienced and motivated Maintenance Mechanic in Prosser, WA to repair, maintain and troubleshoot industrial food processing machinery. This is an opportunity to get in on the ground floor of a growing company that values its workforce and has a 50 year track record of excellence. This position assists the Maintenance Mechanic Leader in all functional and operational aspects of plant maintenance operations, including troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, refrigeration and plumbing systems. Specialized skills in the repair and maintenance of LPG powered vehicles and battery/propane operated lift trucks desired. This is a skilled position at the journeyman level in several trades. An employee in this class performs various skilled and semi-skilled tasks in the repair and maintenance of production machinery and equipment. Work involves primary responsibility for proficiency in several trades, with working conditions and the degree of supervision exercised differing according to the location and nature of assignments. The ideal candidate will demonstrate:
• three-phase electrical systems • ammonia systems • boilers
